WHERE CAN I GET PRODUCTS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?
We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Notify Me” button. When that must-have item is back in action, you’ll be the first to know.
WHERE CAN I GET FREE GLOW GIRL BEAUTY SAMPLES?
We often include a free sample or two with online orders. We’ll keep you posted on the next time Glow Girl Beauty runs this kind of promotion—just make sure you’re on our email list to be the first to know.
DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
Never. Glow Girl Beauty is cruelty-free brand. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we permit suppliers or retailers to conduct testing on our behalf. 
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
While many of the products are free of animal byproducts, Glow Girl Beauty is not considered a vegan line: A handful of our products may contain ingredients of animal origin, such as beeswax and carmine. For information on specific products, please refer to the Ingredients tab on the product pages.
IS GLOW GIRL BEaUTY GLUTEN-FREE?
Yes. Glow Girl Beauty products are formulated without gluten-derived ingredients and there are no detectable levels of gluten introduced in the manufacturing process. 
ARE PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN TALK SAFE TO USE?
The talc we use is the highest quality and tested to confirm the absence of asbestos fibers – it meets strict purity criteria and all measures of quality and safety and it strictly complies with all the legal regulations where we operate.
WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PAO & EXPIRATION DATE?
PAO stands for “period after opening,” and is represented by an icon with a number that indicates how many months the product will be fresh after opening. If a product has a PAO of 12, that means it should be used within 12 months of opening. Products with sunscreen are marked with an expiration date, which indicates when the product should stop being used, regardless of whether it has been opened.
ARE GLOW GIRL PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE WHILE PREGNANT OR NURSING?
Although the hype is real about our high-quality ingredients, we always recommend consulting your physician about the use of our products during pregnancy or while nursing. Peep the ‘Ingredients’ tab on each product’s description page and hit up your physician before you glow.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please allow one to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit. For domestic orders, please allow up to seven business days for your package to arrive after it's been shipped. For international orders, shipping times will vary based on where you are located and the shipping method you selected.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. We also cannot accommodate any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details, and product selection is correct, as GLOW GIRL BEAUTY is not responsible for any mistakes. Thank you.
MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM:
We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any more questions or concerns, please contact us with your order number and let us know which products you are missing.
DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR RETURNS?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations or returns. GLOW GIRL BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.
CAN YOU HELP WITH DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please complete the contact us form and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.
